A birthday record

Thanks for the wishes and stuff, it's much appreciated being the day I officially become not young. :)

Except for an ant invasion this morning, which was successfully fended off with bleach (DIE BUG DIE!), the rest of the day went well with some nice surprises.

My local coffee shop gave me a cupcake! It pays to go where everyone knows your name, yes.

I also got a birthday tweet from Sarah Shahi! (one of her other fans has a bday tomorrow and we were talking and Sarah must have clicked her mentions list at exactly the right moment). Still, she didn't have to tweet at me. She's a sweetheart.

And by the way, she confirmed they start FL production at the end of the month. Given they started last year right after Labor Day, I am increasingly dubious of a January airdate. Sigh.







My parents took me to lunch and gave me money. Money specifically earmarked for me. The word CONVENTION was even mentioned (yes, my parents know me well, lol).

And from hubby, we got a Wii! YAY.

Tomorrow is the friends' luncheon, so that'll be fun.

oh, have you never seen it? heh I should use a smaller picture now that New Twitter is here to stay.... Used to be I'd see most of him off to the right, but the sidebar is so ginormous... *sigh*
