I someday would like an explanation for why I get OBSESSED with writing freakishly long epics that only, like, three people will read. whyyyyyy? I mean, seriously, self, is it too much to ask to write epics in fandoms that have more than ten people in them? (k, I exaggerate but I don't think a FL/LO:UK crossover has, shall we say, a very large readership pool...)

Or use all this awesome creative energy on the three million things I should be writing? SRSLY.

I guess it's proof that the subconscious/muse goes where it wills, though I should probably chain mine up in the basement and make it behave...

I feel your pain - I do exactly the same. This spring my muse demanded I write a HORRIBLY LONG fic about Jolinar's life as an undercover operative, and I doubt 10 people have even looked at it. (bad muse...) I really wish my brain thought up plot-bunnies that was slightly less obscure...

Yep, the muse does as the muse does. But yeah, it wouldn't be such a "problem" (I mean, not really a problem) if the stories weren't so freaking epic!
