The epic crossover of Crack has now broken 5K.

BRAIN, WHY SO BACKWARD?

I could use those 5K on any other project I have going (not going) at the moment. And yet, the more I do, the more I think of new fun scenes that I have to reach. Ack! Well, at least there's a deadline, soon, to restrict the wild flailing. I just hope reading it is half as fun as writing it.

I got the DVDs for Jeremiah season two, which MGM finally put out as part of the "Manufacture on demand" program, which is kinda like buying a DVD-R of the show. The box and menus are the most hilariously boring generic thing ever. It has NO extras, whatsoever (I know JMS has said he'd rather be boiled in oil than deal with MGM again, so no surprise he's not involved, but still, I wish there was SOMETHING). It's unfortunately in fullscreen aspect, which sucks because I think there's a widescreen version as well, and certainly not HD. BUT, at least it exists. So now I can finally get rid of the VERY LAST VHS tapes on my shelf.

poor wee fandom. *huggles*

I was going to get them from amazon, but after reading your comments about them being in fullscreen aspect, I don't think I will...only b/c I really want them in the widescreen aspect and definitely with extras. >.< However MGM and JMS are not on speaking terms, I guess I will be waiting a loooooong time.

Though I do have them on itunes...I suppose it's better than nothing. Have you tried it through the Netflix insta-watch?

I've had the torrent download for a long time, so I have a digital copy for the computer but I like having a copy I can play on my t.v. at higher resolution.

I think the reason MGM did it this way was because season one sold poorly and also because JMS told them to get lost, so this is pretty much all there will ever be. But yeah, it sucks that they didn't put out the WS version, though I imagine that was to save space on the disks.
