random update o stuff

Short notes because I went out tonight and have to get to bed, cuz I am wiped out:

1. I saw a Kwik-E-Mart today! Bwah!

2. I have a wonderful prompt for apocalypse_kree. And I have backstory and set up figured out. Unfortunately, I still have no story. *grumpy face*

3. Fourth was like Thanksgiving in July. Yummy at the end, but the prep wiped me out. And Short Person is still frightened of fireworks.

4. Writing a Cylon consensus scene is an interesting exercise. To epithet or not -- make them individuals or not? Does which Six is speaking matter, if it's not Caprica Six? hm.

my youngest is still scared of fireworks at 8. So Nov 5th and New Years are a real pain with an extra person in the bed.

Is your littlest sensitive to noise in general,too? Mine clutches me when the toilet flushing is too loud and despite his love for big trucks can't get very close to them. But then, of course, when we tell him it's time to clean up he turns conveniently deaf. *sigh*
