And so did I write on my ficathon story? Of course not. Although it's almost done in draft, so I'm not quite so bad off with that, as I am with my
Instead of my asignments, I wrote an Anders ficlet which I need to get out tomorrow, before the next ep. And (because that wasn't enough slacking off) I wrote some anti-porn for Tartarus, my epic I haven't written on at all for at least a month. It wasn't a lot, just a few pages of sexual frustration and not getting off and then hitting things. I've been working on this story off and on for at least a year now, and I have bits from beginning to end already done, but no complete sequence more than about ten pages (yes, it's long). I write on it whenever a particular scene takes over my brain. There are now a lot of those scenes, but with parts missing in between. It's a weird way to work, I think, and I know it's going to require a lot of re-writing on the back end. After the New Year I'm gonna sit down and finish it. It would be nice to get it out to find its audience of appprox. three people, before they all drift away to Supernatural or Heroes or wherever. Them's the breaks of writing in a fandom about to close and lose its "New!Shiny!" status, I guess.
Back to the fic, since I'm just stalling...
