I think the episode is about a mining/drilling company and "fracking" is a mining term for making cracks (fractures) into the ground to facilitate the output of wells.
Ack, of course that's it! I had no idea what the ep was actually supposed to be about, but they would absolutely pick that title.
Random: there's circumstantial evidence that fracking may be responsible for a series of minor earthquakes in my region. :/
