The last weekend until SUMMER

1. Another Monday! One week left until the kidlet's out of school. Please note the DRUMS OF DOOM on the soundtrack of my life....

2. Saw Marmaduke over the weekend. It was the strange boring love-child of the dog part of Up and Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Yes, I've seen all three -- Sad, I know. But next up? Toy Story 3.

3. Listening to Kings of Leon always makes me feel like I should be hearing them on the jukebox in a trucker bar in some desert town, not here.

4. I finished my set of Sekrit icons for the twelve_colonies rainbow challenge. well.... "finished" is a strong word since I haven't submitted them, and I've changed two of them already. Visual art things will never be my strong point, but I think I'm getting better at it, at least?

5. The crack-fest of True Blood is back! MrLiz hadn't seen any of it yet, and so I was trying to explain the show. He looked at me like I was making it all up. No, dear, this is an actual t.v. show. ("He can turn into a FLY??? SRSLY??") LOLOLOL

LOL! I submitted my sekrit icons as well. And I've also already changed two of them. Oh, the pain of creating the perfect 100 x 100 pixel square.

I don't have HBO, but I've been devouring True Blood Season 2 on DVD. It is excellent crack indeed!

you know what's even BETTER about my icon!fail? I only JUST NOW while submitting, realized that I only needed to do five. oops. Guess I'll have to show off the extras later.
