Last weekend we bought some new shelving to replace the old boring ones. So we'll have to move the books and my DVD collection (the new shelves don't hold as much), but today's project was to get rid of our dinosaur that took up the biggest patch of real estate on the old shelving -- the 200-CD changer. For those of you not blessed with such a monster (back when they were the "gadget of, um, 1999") it's huge, about the size of two dvd-players stacked. It took a bit of digging the garage to find the box with the original CD jewel cases (I know! actual plastic cases!) and I started to put them away, along with the random loose ones that got piled around the changer. Of course some CDs don't even HAVE any information on them to make that task easier - is the artist NAME that much to ask for?
My back is killing me now from bending over all these stupid little plastic cases and I'm not even done. *grump*

But matching up cases and CDs is never a fun job. Makes you love digial music, doesn't it?

Maybe someday! My hoarding won't let me go that far right now, sadly. *G* Good luck with the matching, it's a lot of work.
