A Motivational poster I made!

Well, the smartass answer to that is: "When it's done." :) Which it isn't. Lori and I are going to post Distorted Reflections first and then I can go back to working on Tartarus.

The other issue is that Tartarus is a bit of a, erm, hard sell story, and I know that. It's turned into mostly a story about a virtual OC (Asheron) and a secondary character (Baal). Which is interesting to me, but I'm not sure about anyone else. So, there's that problem I need to resolve too.

The real answer is, i have no frakkin' clue. :) But the poster is very inspiring.

Well, he's not entirely an OC. He's been in the show, even if the screenwriters never saw fit to give us his name. And won't Sam and Tuan be in it? I can't speak for anyone else, but I love seeing the backstories people create for characters. Just ask anyone in my Tok'ra cosplay group. I'm perpetually bugging them about their characters' backstories. And I have more history for my Kitha/Lashek character than anyone in their right mind should. But I never said I was normal.

Distorted Reflections sounds like a giant story though. I can see why your writing time has been otherwise occupied.

Then you'll love certain parts of Tartarus. Because there's a very large chunk of Asheron's backstory that he's neglected to tell anyone. And that's going to cause him difficulty with Sam. (Turan's not much of a factor, since she's still a larva and developing her personality). This one isn't the fluffy bunny romance that people might expect from Going Home.

But yes, DR is humungously huge and has taken over my life for quite long enough. I really can't wait until we shove it out the door so I can work on other things.
