I'm glad for [livejournal.com profile] twelvecolonies march madness game - at least it's kept me entertained while I've had a raging headache for two days. blech. But today is better, and I've been doing a bit of ficcing.

A whole bunch of Cylons talking just never gets easier. At least some of them have names now, so that helps, but it's still a lot of people to manage in a scene. And they all TALK and TALK and TALK. It's, like, writing a divisive book club meeting -- everybody stands there and argues. I'm going to have to edit it later so it doesn't look like a script.

I'm getting close to the end of the first act (Black Sails is set up in four acts which roughly correspond to certain major events in canon), which I'm not looking forward to, since it's kind of a hanky moment. But it's good to get MOVING on it.

I should go find some breakfast/lunch/food of some kind.

Oh no, not a hanky moment! *is worried* I can't seem to get my Cylons to talk that much...they think a lot, and give lots of brooding looks, but not so much with the talking.

Cylon individuality is NOT what it's cracked up to be! They can't agree on a damn thing. And THEN the ones who get overruled start brooding and plotting... :P

Cyyyyyyylons. Sigh. Them talking is always an issue. The Eight, The Six, the etc, and then if you have named them, TRYING TO REMEMBER which is WHICH.
