You guys, I got a New Year's Gift fic! YAY!
An unexpected awesome surprise, I got a prezzie for Viva La Vida:
Sacrifice of the Sacred King by lferion.
Which manages to hit both my mystical/mythological kink AND my favorite "being a prophet/favored of destiny sucks ASS" theme, in only a handful of words, and makes me think of the song in an all new way. So go read it. :)

I feel like I have a month of RL stuff I haven't even mentioned. It's been busy with family stuff and holidays and kidlet being home. Nothing in particular, just STUFF. I have cute photos though.
I got a jury summons for the end of the month. I'll definitely be bringing the computer on that day. *snorefest*
