I was thankfully spoiled or I'd be gutted. Still very WHAT. THE. HELL.

Damn, what a script for Brian to get, eh? "Here's your two lines in the ep, and then you get shot. Bye." Though he's kind of gotten the short end of the stick this season anyway, with the Jesse side story that didn't go anywhere and other than that he didn't really do much. So that's a disappointment.

But, OTOH, (1) the show's more than likely not coming back anyway, so it's kind of a moot point, and (2) if I want to fic Derek, this is the easiest canon in the world to bring him back. SO THERE, SHOW. I KNOW FROM FIX-IT FIC, and this? THIS IS EASY.

In other news: SARAH ARRESTED? Crap.

And I'm really loving the Weaver-Savannah-John Henry stuff, too. Weaver's line about "saving John Henry to save Savannah" is really interesting, and presuming she was telling the truth, is pretty much an admission that she's trying to create an alternative Skynet.

Whoever said that Weaver could wear a t-shirt proclaiming herself a terminator, and Ellison wouldn't GET IT was right. C'mon, man, you've got to be figuring out SOMETHING. Maybe not she's a T-1000, because he wouldn't know about that, but hell, how many hints that she knows about the future war do you need?

Hm. Watching that scenelet in front of the t.v.s with John and Cameron I realized I'm not very interested in a show with only them. I like Sarah, Derek, and the Weaver-John Henry story. and though I think both Dekker and Summer are doing well, I don't care for the John Cameron dynamic. All the intimations of whatever the hell is going on with them in the future are creepy, so their present interactions are sort of tainted by that. I like both of them with other characters much better. Like, oh, DEREK.

damn.

I'm gonna go find my copy of last night's Supernatural, and be glad I have my pretty boys staring agog at Wincest for a laugh.

I can't take all my various angsty WIPs right now.

It made me remember our talk about time loops and inevitability of AIs way back at the beginning of the series. I wonder if it's a way of trying to stop the war once and for all. The friendly AI. The one that likes humans enough not to preemptively remove the threat. And John learning to trust and depend on Cameron is the same on the other side. Grooming leaders into not!enemies.

yeah, that's very possible (though given T2, John was probably already primed for that part of it). Certainly Weaver seems to have little interest in John Connor, which is strange for a anything sent back in time by Skynet. So who sent her back? Herself? That other faction Future!John tried to ally with? But then how'd she get back in time, if John and/or Skynet had control of the time machine.

need moar show... *cries*

I noticed that too. And I think she was the one who sent the police to arrest Sarah. No killing Connors. Awfully nice of her.
I wonder if she is the T-1000 from LJoJC but comes from different timeline - the one where (when?) she said yes.
