I got a book in the mail for this story, and Mr. Liz raised his brows when he saw it, but smart man, asked, "This is for fanfic, isn't it?" Just because I have a personal library on refugees, torture, and PTSD because of this story .... (not to mention period costumes, pre-modern technology, Byzantine urban planning, early US Colonial history, and etc. ad infinitum for other projects, both original and fanfic)

How much do non-fiction authors (and amazon) make from fanficcers doing research, I wonder?
