k, so it's been awhile. It's just been busy (and hot, let's not forget last week's TOO EFFING HOT few days). But here's some awesome in my life lately.
1. Just got back from a friend's wedding. Which was nice, of course. Even the kidlet said it was beautiful. It was held outside, in the family's grounds, with good food and a couple of friends I haven't seen for awhile. But the best part?
2. IT RAINED! For the first time since - January? I think? A long time certainly - it actually rained. Luckily there was an awning for the reception.
3. Supernatural. Is being awesome this season. It's been a secondary fandom for awhile now for me, but.... Every single episode is like all my story kinks wrapped up in a bow. AWESOME!
4. Fire station visit this morning. Kidlet had a blast, which is always awesome.
5. Life still amuses me. And Stacy Hadiuk is still good looking (man, I miss Kindred).

yuletide is about to start! yay!
Less awesome? Kidlet hid the t.v. remove someplace. We still haven't found it, and I'm beginning to think he must have eaten it or something. I swear it's nowhere in the house...

and hot? There's nice. I've needed fleece, scarf and gloves the past few days. It's freezing. so cold the heating automatically came on! (The thrermostat is set to a constant 68F)
