This eight o'clock timeslot sucks - Rugrat didn't seem to understand the concept of going to bed tonight and was up and down the entire hour. gah.
NEXT WEEK: DVR. Which will make me even later than everyone else, BUT at least we can watch it in peace.
Oh. My. God.
Did not expect THAT. She's a terminator too. HOW AWESOME.
(it would've also been awesome if she'd just been evil and/or misguided. But -- still)
And she didn't kill the guy who brought her the Turk which surprised me at the time, and in retrospect surprises me more, though perhaps good help really is hard to find, and even EVIL MACHINES FROM THE FAR FUTURE know that.
I am not a huge fan of Summer Glau, but boy, did she bring it for this ep. Menacing, fake, sweet, loving... badass.
Charlie and Derek - road trip! ok, maybe not, but that's what I was thinking when they were running around two steps behind in a honkin' great ambulance.
Sarah can't protect John anymore, not from emotional hurts. But in hurt, we grow, and that's where John is going now. so yes, bring on the John-is-growing-up arc (I safely have my own wee!boy still so it doesn't kill me dead, like it will in a few years....)
But she can still crush a terminator between two semis! Because she's still badass.
And the question of why Chromartie didn't kill Ellison .... apparently is revealed in the trailers... gets more ominous. Won't work for the devil. We'll see....
YAYAY! the show is BACK!

Looks like Shirley Manson is one of the advanced terminators from T3. Which makes her even more badass then Summer. I think her biblical slant is interesting.
Personally I'm glad that Brain is now a regular. He's gotten hotter the older he is. And it's nice to see John growing up. Still this season looks promising. I happen to love Summer but that's just me. What a way to open the season!

When I first heard of BAG being on the show I just could not see it since I always picture him as the 16 year old on 90210 but he is awesome. Yes, he has gotten hotter with age.

That's what I get for typing late at night. Brian (see I can type...maybe) is much hotter a little scruffy and older. I never got the 90210 hype then, he was too pretty.

Hubby and I were wondering when we were going to see some of the cooler models. Shirley Manson is a fantastic pic to play the creepy lady, I'm excited to see what they do with her!
