Since so much of my flist seems to be afflicted with the blahs, I wanted to makes some crack to make people smile. So I thought of this project. You know how podfic is popular? Well, how about Action Figure Fic?
It's my Battlestar Galactica/ Stagate Atlantis crossover fic TWO TALL TREES , but with action figures. (and with even more added silliness... *g*)
PICTURE INTENSIVE.
Unfortunately, neither the 6" Kara nor the 6" Ronon are available yet (*kicks DST*) so I had to... make do. :)

Two Tall Trees -- Now with Toys!
Ronon woke up slowly and found he wasn't alone. The other guy was big, and he was wearing an unfamiliar uniform - similar to the Earthers, but not the same. (He looked a bit like this guy called Helo on a show Battlestar Galactica, which Ronon had seen on Lorne's DVDs. But the likeness was a bit... questionable). At least to Ronon's bleary eyes...
Ronon stood up and began to pace.
Ronon was about to do something dramatic with the three knives, hand grenade, and two wires he'd taken from his hair when ... the little window in the door opened. A woman's face appeared.
Helo recognized her with surprise. "Kara? What the frak you doing here?"
"Here to save your ass again!" she retorted. "We're blowing the door."
Helo and Ronon both ducked and covered at a loud BANG! The door opened and the two prisoners ran out.
Another big guy was there, behind Kara. And Helo knew him too. "Anders!"
"Here, take a gun," Anders offered Helo a gun, and though Ronon wanted one too, Anders kept the big one to himself. Kara watched their six.
"Let's go!" Kara ordered and led the way through the corridors.
Anders peeked around a corridor and saw ...
A WRAITH!
"RUN!"
They ran to a balcony where they were trapped! The Wraith started shooting at them!
They fired back, but the Wraith barely noticed their pathetic weapons. Ronon really missed his gun.
They were DOOMED.
Except just then... a Raptor fell from the sky and stopped just in time.
They all jumped to safety on the Raptor.
Except one!
But no one noticed at first.
Kara said to the pilot: "Good flying."
The pilot answered, "I learned from the best."
Helo seemed very familiar with the pilot.
"Hi Sharon. I'm glad to see you, honey."
Except all was not well. Suddenly Anders slumped over, unconscious. They realized Anders had been hit by the Wraith gun. Things looked grim for him.
Kara was upset. "Don't you frakkin' die on me, Sam!"
So Ronon made the only decision he could to take them to Atlantis.
"Sorry, Colonel Carter is indisposed with Major Lorne at the moment. I'm Colonel Sheppard."
"Welcome to Atlantis!"
The end.
I hope all the people feeling down out there on Ye Olde Flist feel better!

And in all fairness there's going to be a Ronon figure - that's where the picture comes from - but he's just not out yet! But it's probably funnier this way...
