We haven't been getting our paper bills from the phone company and so last week I called them to make sure the address is right. Well, after a billion phone trees, it turns out that to talk to an actual human being on the phone about your account you have to have your account number from your bill. This is kind of a problem when we don't have the bills. But we could go online and set up an online account and look. The process includes getting a PIN number that they are supposed to dial your phone number and give to you. It says it might take up to 20 minutes for the phone call. Well, I requested the PIN on Thurs.

They called last night at 11:30.

First, that's the longest frelling "20 minutes" EVER. Second, 11:30 PM??? WTF? grrrrr....
(and then Rugrat had an accident last night so we had to change the bedsheets at 1:30).

So. Tired. cranky. No writing mojo.

So I'm going to go out and buy Ark of Truth and watch that, in hopes of improving my mood. :)

grrrrr. I'm having my own issues today - with the cell phone insurance company who sent me one of their crap refurbished phones that lasted just past the 7 day warranty period. Now they want me to spend $50 to make a claim on a new one - which is what I did just about 30 days ago. BS!

that's so annoying. That's like my old computer flaking out right after my warranty expired. GRRR for planned obsolescence.
