I went to the dentist today- woot! no cavities, no nothing. Not bad for not actually going for the last four years, hm? I was worried, since it'd been so long (which was just sheer laziness at actually picking a dentist; I'm not particularly fearful) but nada. I do have to go back Wed to have a bit of pokey plaster ground off, left over from a retainer, but that's all. *glee*
Thank you, ancestors, for the strong teeth and aversion to sweets, and thank you, mom and dad, for good brushing habits, and thank you, Colgate, since I haven't had a cavity since I started using your toothbrushes. Coincidence? maybe, but I'm not about to experiment now.
Meanwhile, workers are here replacing our deck, which had become a death-trap of rotten boards. With actual holes. It will be beautiful when it's finished, but for now? It's LOUD.
