I'm sitting here waiting for a contractor to show up to give me an estimate on some work we want done. Half an hour late is not filling me with confidence. But, eh, contractors, what can you do?
We don't have a lot to do, but some delayed maintenance is taking its toll. Our deck is now literally falling apart and is getting dangerous. And there are several holes in the liner of the bath/shower stall which probably mean the wall behind it is full of mold. Hopefully the floor is okay.
What I really want to do is bulldoze the whole thing and start over!
