Oh Sam... that was just lovely. You described his pain and confusion so well, and I could easily see this happening on the show... and how sad that he will never know that Kara came back.
I can't wait to see those two interact, though I'm worried about it being all smoothed over and their whole relationship ignored.
One minor typo that jumped out at me: I hope in the end the Gods -- your Gods -- were kind and took you where humnas go. I'm guessing that you meant "humans." I'm sorry for the nitpicking but I thought you might like a heads up!
