Can't add much more to what you or SB have said, so I'll just ask, are you writing the fic where Sam finds out that Kara has taken the next step toward fulfilling her destiny?
Oh. And I will never be able to paint a room again without thinking of that scene! Far better than the silly paint fight scene from Facts of Life that used to stick in my head (yikes! I just so dated myself!). LOL.
