Gosh, it's been awhile. Apparently my brain really was all caught up in Poison Rain land and refused to LET IT GO until it was all posted. Because today, I managed to whip out a big chunk of my draft for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
avengersfest. Phew. Now to find my assignment and make sure it's at least close enough, if you stand on your head and look at it cross-eyed. (At least the pairing's okay, I know that much)
Then back to big bang, where the partial draft/outline is due soon for claiming, so maybe I should get that going at a better pace. yikes.
But y'know, sometimes crossovers just work out even better than you planned, because I realized that Reese in this 'verse as former Army Ranger MUST KNOW about Captain America. Cap's probably one of those things where his picture's at every Army base and they salute as they pass it or something. Then they get to meet. And hilarity ensues! (well, between Steve being polite and John being very dry, it's a quiet hilarity).
