Sharon is a little tough to 'get', for everyone (though 'round here, we cut her a lot more slack than other people). My take is that she's conflicted between her love and loyalty to Helo, and her lingering (possibly programmed) loyalty to the Cylons. The Humans have certainly not made it easy for her to transfer her loyalties either (/understatement). But I suspect she'll have figured things out a little more next season.
