thing I have done

1. had horrible migraine for 2 days. ugh. So I was barely on line.

2. whined at pyramidofdreams for MOAR K/S. Which worked at least a little, thank you, mfirefly10 ;D :D (while fully aware that I am also part of the problem! though at least I'm working on it!)

2a - though her picspam did remind me of an AU idea: What if Sam had left with Kara (and Helo and Sharon) and gone to Kobol with them, instead of staying behind at Caprica? One thing is that there wouldn't have been a rescue, so they probably wouldn't have found or halted at New Caprica... but what else?

3. Rec'd my new laptop which I named MELODY. (after Melody Pond, of course. SHE'S A SUPERHERO). It's a bit odd since I've had Sindarin names for the prev two -- this one is Morwen and the one before that was Celebrian. I haven't done anything with Melody yet, because I want to take all the crap off Morwen first before I transfer everything over. I'm also concerned that a few of my oldest iTunes files may have reached their limit so I need to dump those to disk.

4. I fly out for the memorial tmrw. don't know how much online I'll have. Not that it'll make much difference given my random appearances of late...

2. I have fic. It just... needs more. It is very bare-bones.

No New Caprica. No heroic rescue. No Leoben. hrm... Would they have needed to go through that nebula for algae? No Temple, maybe. Or maybe they would have still ended up there.

Would they have ended up married? Would Sam have joined the fleet/become a pilot much earlier in an effort to stay near Kara/help out?

Or would it have been entirely different. HRM.
