Thank you so much for these awesome thoughts! One day I will sit down and explain my thoughts on Kara / Sam / Lee... but it would take more than a comment box to do. In any case I will say I agree with SO MUCH of this! (And it is part of the reason I had to write fic to "fix" things.)
