While I sit and wait for (a) the Yuletide archive to open, and (b) Kidlet to settle down to sleep enough to go get Santa's presents, I wanted to wish my Christmas-celebrating friends, a Merry Christmas!

okay, that took two seconds.

I wrote four stories for Yuletide - one my assignment and three just general spontaneous treats for other fandoms. I hope they're received well, even if they're not likely to set Yuletide on fire. *crosses fingers* (they're anonymous right now, but will be revealed on new Years)

Today we went around delivering gifts to good friends and my SIL's family. It was fun to visit - and Kidlet always loves hanging out with his cousin. My pants already tell me what my New Year's resolution is going to be, though, and we haven't even had Xmas dinner yet. Kidlet yet again proves he is the most spoiled child west of the Mississippi by the loot under the tree!

I had totally expected my Google Ninjas request, since my gift came up at the same time as the Google Fandom got a story. I somehow missed there was a story in this fandom (or the wonky bugs hid it from me) But it's Foreigner!!!! YAY!

NOW IF ONLY I COULD READ IT! poor servers...
