sure. Sam realizes that earlier, when he acknowledges that John took full advantage of resurrection. He's aware of the tactic as a resistance fighter, esp with the other skinjobs (Roslin mentions the horror of an enemy who won't die, and Sam long-since figured that out on Caprica). I'm not 100% sure he'd know Raiders resurrect, since First War raiders appeared to be plain ships and it would depend on when the change was made - he could probably guess though.
