And how many would have abilities that they learned to be agents in the Colonies before the attack? They might have downloaded certain things to fit in, and I don't really think that Boomer and Caprica were the only ones that had trouble fitting back into Cylon life. I mean, they might have not rebelled the same way as Boomer and Caprica but they could maybe have a subculture of things they saved from the Colonies. The show never really touched on the other Cylon agents.
This possibly won't fit with most of the Cylons that Sam hung out with in Labyrinth, but a baseship is a big place...
