well, the good news about my BSG fannish meltdown *g* yesterday is that it appears to have flipped a switch in my brain and I now realize I'm a Cylon and I was thinking about my ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
stargate_summer fic today. Which is good, since I haven't hardly thought about it at all so far. (I am, I admit, a bit too casual about doing it, since I already have so much of it written.)
So yay for thinkiness. Now I need to outline it and figure out the structure. Rewatching some of the eps would also help, since I haven't seen any SG-1 since Continuum came out. Bad fan, no cookie! But I'm not going to know how much I need to write/re-write until I do the plot. I have the story, I have a lot of the dramatic beats/revelations/etc already done, but it's too amorphous. And there are chunks missing, unfortunately most of them at the beginning, but I figure there's not much reason to fill in the blanks before I know if the plot works.
Which doesn't stop me from meta theories/thoughts/questions on BSG. Tomorrow I'll try to get a few "further thoughts" written up so I can pin them down.
