Sometimes I get my own fic AU canon and actual canon mixed up and it takes a moment to remember where I am. Like I was going to make a comment about Sharon getting Hera and then remembered, that didn't happen in my fic. Which is my own dumb fault for dragging it out, duh (and I have the memory of a fruitfly). But does tell me I should probably reread all of Not All That We Are before I release Black Sails, to make sure I don't make any (chokingly awful) continuity errors. But the good news is that I'm past the hard part and now it's a fun part (y'know, before it all goes bad again. We do love our masochism in this fandom, don't we? )

I was going to do something for spook_me but what I was tentatively planning would be too long and doesn't really fit the prompt anyway, and so I think I'll follow plan A and continue with Black Sails and prep NaNo.

Tonight, Vampire Diaries and Person of Interest which I'm feeling far more fannish about that I really have any right to be Not quite sure why I'm so in love with this show, but I am. Not that I'm seeking out any 'fandom' for it, but I'm definitely pondering it as a Yuletide fandom. Weird how sometimes the shows you least expect to grab you fannishly, are the ones that do, and the ones you think you'll love and want to make fic about, sometimes don't turn out that way.

Coldplay's "Paradise" video is just about the most perfect example of hilarious and touching and beautiful thing ever.
