Note: I haven't watched Pirates of the Caribbean lately, so I don't even know where this came from. But the influence isn't exactly hard to spot. *g* (There are some actual historical tidbits, however, since I can't help myself, even in crack) Yes, I suppose putting Kara in as the officer and Sam as the Buccanneer would've made a closer canon parallel, but, but Pirate Captain Kara! *flailyhands* Whatever.
