Walking while stupid

yikes. Dropped the kid off at school, and two women were crossing the main boulevard against the light. I was in the middle lane and they were in front of me when my light turned green. And they kept going! Six lanes of traffic! You do not START walking on the blinking hand, people! They're lucky the car in the lane next to me could move into the turn lane to have time to stop when they popped out in front of it, or it would've been really bad. They very nearly got trapped in the middle of the intersection, because oncoming traffic had already started to cross. CRAAAAZY!

Also, my nose has started running. Blecch. But I practically have stock in Purell! How can this happen? /whine

I have thoughts on the "war" in LOST. Yet, oddly enough I am somewhat compelled to write them as fic, instead of just meta. This is the very first time I've been bit by ANY bunny for LOST, much as I love the mindfuckery of the show. weird. (it's probably just procrastination rearing its ugly head - lord knows I am an EXPERT).

People are trying to get SKIFFY to pick up SCC? Isn't that sort of like asking Lucifer to babysit, when your teenage babysitter flakes?

(a) not gonna happen
(b) even if it did, the show would get destroyed by budget cuts and incredibly STUPID programming, network interference, and hiatus decisions. DO NOT WANT.

Petitiion WB for a t.v. movie to sell to SciFi, I can see that as a possibility. But having Skiffy pick up the series, come on.
