I'm alive. I think.

Previously on... Liz's Life: we had kidlet illness and possible anniversary trip postponement...

Well, obviously, since I've been gone that did not happen. I abandoned my ill offspring to his grandmother, and he was fine two days later and they had a great time.

So did we. I didn't even crack open the two books I brought and only managed to cross out one adverb in the printed copy of the story I brought to work on. The new notebook I brought for writing is untouched.

We came back yesterday. And just as soon as I have a chance I'll upload some pics.

Unfortunately I also came down with the flu. Today. :( I don't know if it's the same thing as kidlet had or something from up north, but man, it sucks.

So, I'm back, but not really.

*crawls back to bed*
