No SCC tonight. :(
No work today even though kidlet had school, so me and hubby went to have fun. Which wasn't super fun since we had a lot of household things to do. But we had yummy Vietnamese for lunch and we propped up the Swedish economy by shopping at Ikea. We needed something to keep all of kidlet's arts/craft stuff in. He likes to draw, but he prefers drawing with red markers, so we get new sets as the red ones run out. Thus, we have LOTS of other colors. We're hopeful that someday he'll discover the joy of other colors, but in the meantime at least we have a place to keep all the poor abandoned blue and orange markers...
Speaking of kidlet, Sunday morning, he woke up at 4:15. Needless to say that day was pretty much shot to hell ... I don't even remember what we did. (yeah, my life is THAT thrilling)
Fannishly, I flipped through my new copy of the Babylon 5 Chronologies book, that was published as an addendum to the Scripts of B5 series. It's interesting, even if it includes things that I absolutely abhor like that short story THAT DOES NOT EXIST. I still have an original download of Marc Carlson's timeline in my B5 reference folder on the computer I'm pretty sure. Because, yes, I WAS that geeky for that show, and timelines are cool.
