I have a theory about the Last Supper pic and the Final Cylon. Which I haven't seen yet (though I certainly haven't looked either). But it hit me last night when I was looking at the photo, which is my desktop image.
Watch the show this week completely make me wrong BUT if I'm right, I wanted to get this up first.
SPOILERS THROUGH THE HUB
First, a little review:
When it first came out, we thought there WAS meaning to the photo (the EW spread says so). Then we thought it was just a photo shoot. Then word came that, no, there actually is method to the madness. I think I figured out the method.
When Ron admitted that the Last Cylon isn't in the picture and laughed, many people thought he was lying. I don't think he did. Half the people in the picture can't be the last cylon becuase, well, they're already Cylons. That left it down to the Big 5 (Roslin, Adama, Starbuck, Baltar, and Lee) which have all been eliminated at one time or another by the producers (not that they necessarily will keep to it) or seem narratively silly (like Baltar - no way). So fandom has made all these lists, including poor Jake, of all the possible secondary candidates who could sit in that missing space. But no, I think there are only two people missing from the photo, and one of them is the Final Cylon.
Fandom has also done elaborate things with the photo - folding it up and turning it inside out and such things, which never made sense to me. One, the actors reported it was a photo shoot like any other. I think they would've notice assistants carefully measuring things to make such a thing work. Two, reportedly Ron gave the directions on the phone, so it couldn't have been that complicated. So, no, the "code" had to be something more simple.
I was contemplating spoilers, as people do (or at least me!) and I remembered that one of the producers a while back hinted that we wouldn't be able to figure out the Final Cylon until we saw more of the story of S.4. I think that holds true for the photo too, except we now have the knowledge to understand it.
What are some things we've learned from this season?
1. Roslin and Adama have admitted they're in love.
2. Tigh and Caprica Six are going to have a baby
3. Baltar has become a prophet/messianic figure.
4. Cally's dead.
Keeping those things in mind, now take a look at the photo again:

And no, Tigh didn't get together with Natalie, but she's still a Six - and Natalie's there because she's pointing at Athena - so I think Tigh and Natalie still form a pair. Note that amusingly enough Ron says that Tigh is 'turning a blind eye' toward something because of his Cylonicity - in the show he's turning a blind eye toward the fact that Caprica isn't Ellen, and in the photo he's turning a blind eye that Natalie isn't Caprica -- EXACTLY AS ATHENA DID when Athena shot her.
Baltar is paired with "god" in the form of Head!Six. Helo/Athena, Roslin/Adama, and Sam/Kara are obvious pairs. In the EW comments, Ron makes a point to say that the only one embracing Kara is Sam - so they may be having troubles but for the hidden meaning of the picture, they still make a pair.
Since everyone else in the portrait is paired off (and I doubt Lee and Galen are getting together any time soon *g*), who are the missing halves of the couples?
- DEE AND CALLY
Cally's not there, because she's dead. There is, however, possible space for her between Tyrol and Athena. Dee isn't in the picture because she's not with Lee anymore. And there's all kind of space next to Lee of course -- the space we're told is for the Final Cylon.
It's Dualla.

Some people guessed Dualla of course, early on. But without knowing that Tigh/Six get together the left side looks random, instead of the parallel to Helo/Athena that it is.
There are many other reasons to believe in Dualla - she's been crew from the beginning, she participated in stealing the election with two other Cylons, she threw over Billy to attach herself to Lee and later left him - but only AFTER he left the military and was on his path to the presidency, she told Adama that he needed to get the fleet back together with Roslin and Kara on Kobol, and as communications officer she was in the best position to broadcast the 'song' to the waken the Four. She's also been missing a lot, to the extent that Kandyse has been able to take other work but that creates a lot of opportunity for her motives to be other than they might seem. She's certainly one of the few where a revelation would clarify their behavior, looking backward. All those things people write off as "oh she's just young" could look very different from the POV of Dee being a KNOWING Cylon.
She would also help balance the Cylons in gender and ethnic appearance (if not age, but Elosha's the only candidate who can help all three factors, and I don't think it's her on account of being dead and a figment of Laura's subconscious).
And yes, I know there is a snippet in the promo that may point to my being totally wrong -- I'm posting this anyway. *g*
I will snuggle my new theory tightly until at least Friday!
