layout change, bah.

So, being easily bored and distracted, I figured it was time for a change. I found a cute PotC header that I was gonna use and put it in and... it seemed too small. So I took it out again. And for some reason lj won't let me pick colors, and yet remained stuck on all the colors I had changed before, despite a different theme. (So if you happened on my page in the middle, when the colors were really hideous,I'm SO sorry...) I managed to sort of fix it, but it's still not what I want, since I wanted a header and the colors were gonna match it.

*sigh*

THIS is why I didn't change mine for more than a year.

*checks* If it helps the 'quite lickable' style is highly customizable.

oh gosh, I know, there's a billion ways people can make layouts all shiny. But I know nothing about CSS so unless I have a tutorial or it's in the customizing panels, I settle for readable and hopefully not too ugly. :)

But what I need to do is sit down and just make the header I want. I like the DR header I made, so I can, it's a matter of doing it. Then I can fiddle with the rest.

Actually, ql has all of the stuff built in. I know nothing about style sheets or css or java or whatever. But text, color, font, everything is chooseable on it.
