Ok, LJ ate my first attempt and since then I've found out information that makes this a bit less squeeworthy.

BUT

Michael Trucco's going to be on HIMYM as Robin's boyfriend/love interest. There is, at least in rumor, a potential for it to be recurring, but at least for now he's scheduled only for April 18. E!Kristin's now not only repeating the TVGuide spec as fact, she doesn't even get the one fact straight that he appears in April, not May. *rolls eyes*

LOL I'm pretty sure it says "specializes in triangles and instigating ship wars" on his resume, by now.

ETA (because LJ STILL rejecting my posts that have anything to do with 17th P) --
This clears the way for him to join the 17th Precinct cast reunion for an ep, because that would be FABULOOOS. And he can have a hot fling with Morgana, because, JFC, I have wanted that since those first spoilers of a CapricaSix hook up with "someone unexpected".

I swear, anytime they need a hot guy to show up and romance one-half of a show's OTP, Trucco gets the call! It's actually kinda awesome :)

True, and I think it's great because it's true, he's enough to tempt anyone away from their soulmate or whatever. : :) .

But I think it does make the bar a little bit higher for him in other roles. Some people do tend to hold actor's roles against them in later work. - like,I read quite a few people who kind of hated him on FL, or were at least reluctant to like him, just because of Demming getting in the way. But that's why Justin is such a good role, I think, since he's the one in the OTP relationship there, and anyone else would be the outsider.

Ugh, I just don't get that. One role doesn't define an actor and it's ridiculous to dislike them because of it. I PRAY Justin/Kate is the OTP because I ADORE them together and I NEED them to work things out.

Oh, I hadn't thought of MT showing up as Morgana's love interest. Now I WANT that. Because I would have so loved an Anders/Caprica hook up. So bad.

It would be so awesome. They both have chemistry with wallpaper and together, it would be SO GREAT.

Remember those days when it was like our consolation prize? I was SO HOPING for that, if K/L really was endgame, at least maybe we could get Sam/Caprica instead. ANd then I went off and wrote ship fic for them like three times, so it's pretty safe to say that's my fave of ships that never existed.
