The Final Cylon, v. 4 billion

This is well past silly, but I can't help it. Sorry, writing's just been painful lately, so you get the dubious benefit of what else I do to amuse myself. *g*

TVaddict.com has this little article talking to Josh Friedman, exec for Sarah Connor Chronicles. And over in the sidebar is a poll, Who do you think is the Final cylon?.

Choices are Roslin, Starbuck, Gaeta, Zarek, Dualla, Lee, Papadama, and Helo.

If these votes are at all representative of the audience/fandom as a whole, the Final Cylon is going to be Helo, because that's the one will surprise everyone the most.

Roslin's in the lead by a slim margin, and the rest are pretty much tied. Or, IOW, nobody knows, except they know it's NOT Helo. Therefore by Wacky Ron Law everyone will be completely and utterly wrong. Except for the people who'll claim they called it from the moment he gave up his seat for Baltar (cuz you just know someone would).

yeah, it depends on how literally we should take the "it's all happened before" mantra. Because it that's absolutely true, then the Twelve Tribes are the descendants of the last time the two sides came together. And if that's true, then I'm sure you're right. But , eh, with this show, I'm never sure how mystical Ron wants to go - he's set it up so far to go either way.

I think it IS Helo. Because honestly, how did he survive on Caprica again? And looking back, him giving up his seat for Baltar put Baltar in a much bigger position of power.

Good point. We need to balance out the Hot Girl Cylons with some more Hot Boy Cylons. So, yeah, Helo or Lee would do the trick nicely. *g*
