sometimes when a door closes, a window opens...

Hot on the heels of SG-1's cancellation, I read that JMS has announced some sort of Babylon 5 filmed project is in the works. Two things keep this from being Squee-worthy for me: (1) the project could still fall apart, and (2) the last project pretty much sucked.

But...

It would be awesome if it was good.

Hi (Bob in China, actually Xiamen today)

Have you watched any Eurka yet, the new SciFi Series on Tuesday nights. Its actually pretty good and my help you to forget some of your SG1 angst.

Bob

heh. no, not Eureka. I watch very little t.v. these days, really. Eureka in particular doesn't interest me much, because I grew up in a (once) secret Cold War era town full of eggheads. Even though I know they're not related beyond that, the similarity bugs me. Just a personal weirdness.

And relating to your other post -- "Shiny new fandom"? You can't guess? well, okay, it's not terribly 'new', but it feels new to me since I haven't been in the fandom very long. The show starts with a B and starts up again in two months... :)
